What documents do I need to apply for a job?
You'll need a valid government photo ID (Aadhaar, voter ID or similar), recent passport-size photographs, and proof of any relevant qualification or experience. Our HR team will confirm the exact list once your application is shortlisted.
Is prior experience required for security guard or nursing roles?
Prior experience is preferred but not always required. Freshers with the right attitude and physical fitness are considered for guard and support roles, and are given role-specific training before deployment.
How long does the hiring process take?
After you apply, our HR team typically reviews applications and reaches out within a few working days if your profile matches an open or upcoming position.
Do you hire outside Bihar?
Yes. While our offices are in Patna and Biharsharif, we deploy staff to client sites across India and consider applications from candidates open to relocation or willing to work at pan-India postings.
