Sudish World Solutions Private Limited was incorporated on 29 September 2018 with a simple purpose: give people in and around Bihar a fair, trained path to employment, and give households, businesses and farms someone they can rely on.
What began as a security manpower provider has grown into three connected divisions — security guarding, home nursing, and agriculture support — each staffed by people who are trained, verified and supervised.
The company is led by founder Mr. Sudish Singh and director Mr. Awadhesh Singh, alongside a growing network of regional centers across Bihar. Alongside its core services, the company also supports skill-development for local youth, aimed at reducing unemployment village by village.
